Amelia Island Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor (indoors during the winter) fitness program in Nassau County helping WOMEN achieve the body of their dreams with out fad diets or ineffective gimmicks with less than 5 hours a week of exercise while gaining more energy, living longer, feeling better, and having fun in the process. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!
